Job Description
As an Assembly Technician, you'll play a vital role in the production process. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Assembling products and components according to specifications and quality standards
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and work orders accurately
• Operating hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality control standards
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift
• Following all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
• Collaborating with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Identifying and reporting any defects or issues with materials or equipment
• Packaging finished products for shipment or storage
• Participating in training sessions to improve skills and learn new techniques

Job Requirements

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precise assembly work
• Basic math skills for measurements and counting
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing priorities
• Prior assembly or manufacturing experience strongly preferred but not required
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
