Job Description
We have an immediate needs for a building/maintenance technician who has a background in electrical, carpentry, HVAC or plumbing. This position requires a strong knowledge in building maintenance and must be comfortable on multiple different trades. This role requires heavy lifting at times and constant motion. This position is a temp to hire role and full time opportunities rely on reliability and skill level.
Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:30am - 4:00pm)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: From $27-$31.00/hr per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Concord, CA 94520: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
- Carpentry: 1 year (Preferred)
