CNC Machinist and Programmer - Lathes and Mills

Job Description

We have an immediate opening for a CNC Machinist that can setup and operate both CNC Lathes and CNC Mills and who utilizes Fusion 360 to do programming.    This is a long term, full time role.  If you have experience with a Vertical Turret Lathe (VTL) that is a big plus.  Duties for this role include but are not limited to the following:

  • Setup and Operate CNC Lathe and CNC Mills
  • Program for CNC Lathes and CNC Mills
  • Interpret and utilize CAD/CAM files
  • Use measuring instruments to check part dimensions
  • Read mechanical blueprints and follow traveler directions regarding job setup
  • Monitor equipment operation and operate the equipment in a safe manner
