Job Description

We are immediately hiring CNC Vertical Mill Set-Up Operators in the Fremont, CA area. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, with day, swing, and graveyard shifts available.

This position requires candidates to produce machined parts per print by setting up and operating a CNC Milling machine, maintaining quality, safety standards and record keeping. This position requires strong CNC experience involving setting up and operating Mills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of mill setup experience
  • Must be able to read and interpret prints, including GD&T
  • Must be able to set up/run multiple machines
  • Must be able to set up from program notes, set-up sheets and shop travelers
  • Experience using precision measuring tools including but not limited to calipers, ID and OD micrometers, depth gauges, indicators and scales
