Job Description

We are immediately hiring Commercial Solar Foremans in the San Joaquin Valley. Your day to day responsibilities would be overseeing solar installations, assisting in the installation of project systems, providing job instruction to each solar technician, and communicating with the Superintendent on the job site to ensure jobs are completed efficiently. Also, ensuring that all installation team members adhere to safety requirements and regulations. Ideal candidate will have both solar installation and electrical experience. Candidates need to have a strong understanding of 3 phase electrical solar theory.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required
2 years of field leadership experience in commercial construction environment
Professional Appearance
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Occasional travel required

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience as a journeyman electrician
NABCEP Certifications
