Field Site Manager/Assistant Superintendent (Project)

We are currently seeking a Field Site Manager/Assistant Superintendent for a construction project in the San Francisco Peninsula.  This role will support the project manager and the superintendent with monitoring demolition, new construction and renovations. 

• The Field Site Manager is responsible for ensuring work is performed according to company standards and project specifications.
• Responsible for overall layout, productivity, safety, quality control, labor costs, scheduling, movement of manpower, procurement of materials, subcontractor management and any other activity that would impact the successful completion of the project.
• Perform inspections or schedule inspectors to meet the varying safety and compliance regulations of each job location.
• Assist PM with project scheduling, change orders, submittals, RFI’s, punch list, drawing management, etc.
• Work with the project team to support each subcontractor to ensure that they execute their job duties effectively and efficiently.
• Document all job activity that took place at the job site and ensure that we are maintaining an accurate reflection of the daily activities.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized, and safe jobsite always.

Schedule: Monday - Fridays (7am - 5pm)

Salary range: ($125,000 - $150,000)
