We are a precision CNC machining company. We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee all manufacturing operations at our CNC machine shop. You will be responsible for ensuring that production processes are operating efficiently, production targets are met, and product standards are maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement manufacturing plans, policies, and procedures
- Hire, train, and manage manufacturing staff
- Plan and oversee the daily manufacturing operations and production schedules
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as quality standards
- Achieve optimal productivity and high product quality while minimizing costs
- Monitor and analyze key metrics and make improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing management role or similar leadership role
- Expert knowledge of CNC machining and manufacturing processes
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to optimize processes and drive continuous improvements
