Job Description
We have an immediate opening for a Mechanical Inspector for a machine shop environment in Morgan Hill, CA. We are seeking candidates that have 3 or more years of doing inspection in a Quality Control area at a manufacturing company. Duties for this position may include but are not limited to the following:
- Utilize inspection tools such as Calipers, Micrometers, Pin Gauges, Height Gauges, Thread Gauges and other tools to inspect mechanical parts
- Read mechanical blueprints that call out dimensions and tolerances for manufactured parts and utilize GD&T rules and symbols
- Fill out appropriate paperwork to document the all quality inspection
- Provide feedback to the manufacturing floor of any quality issues
