Job Description

Job Title: Operations Manager
 
Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures
• Lead and inspire a diverse team of operations staff
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards and codes
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize resource allocation
• Develop and manage operational budgets, forecasting future needs and expense
• Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance
 
 
 
 
  • This is a Full-time and Temp to hire position
  • Schedule: 8:30am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, weekends off

Job Requirements

Skills Required:
• Experience in implementing and managing preventive maintenance for building equipment and systems (HVAC, electrical and plumbing, etc).
• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate operations management or property management
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision-making skills
• Strong financial acumen and experience in strategic budget management
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
• Exceptional multitasking abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Proven track record in successful project management and change implementation
• Experience in implementing and managing preventive maintenance for building equipment and systems (HVAC, electrical and plumbing, etc.
