Job Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Identify equipment issues and failures
- Repair and replace worn parts
- Perform routine inspections and tune-ups
- Maintain documentation of all maintenance, repairs and inspections throughout the plant
- Support plant needs by ensuring all equipment is in good working order
Skills Required:
- Experience with mechanical systems like pumps, conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
- Ability to diagnose issues and trace malfunctions
- Welding and machining skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
