Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations and ensure projects are completed on schedule
- Monitor product quality and implement quality control procedures
- Coordinate team activities and assign responsibilities
- Review workflow and suggest improvements to increase efficiency
- Maintain equipment, address issues, and ensure workplace safety compliance
Skills Required:
- 5+ years of production supervision experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong technical skills and understanding of machining processes
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under pressure
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with shop floor scheduling and reporting software
- Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in manufacturinig engineering
