Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee property maintenance team and assign daily tasks
- Inspect properties and identify areas needing repair or improvement
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans
- Manage maintenance budgets and approve purchases
- Ensure work is completed safely and to the highest quality standards
- Respond to emergency issues and coordinate repairs
 
Skills Required:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 5+ years of maintenance or construction experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Proficient with basic hand and power tools
- Knowledge of building systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
