QC individual will be responsible for ensuring that products meet specific quality standards. This role involves examining raw materials, monitoring the production process, and testing finished goods for defects or deviations from specifications.
Core Responsibilities

Inspection & Testing: Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional checks on products using precision tools like calipers and gauges.

Material Verification: Approve incoming raw materials by comparing them against purchase orders and quality documentation.
•
Process Monitoring: Oversee the assembly line to ensure compliance with company standards and production procedures.
•
Defect Management: Identify non-conforming products, document defects in reports, and segregate faulty items from the supply chain.
•
Data & Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of inspection results and summarize rework or waste for management review.
Key Skills & Qualifications

Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
•
Attention to Detail: Meticulous observation skills to catch minor flaws or inconsistencies.
•
Mathematical Skills: Proficiency in basic math for measuring, calculating tolerances, and performing statistical quality control.
•
Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to identify the root cause of defects and suggest process improvements.
Salary: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday with OT required when applicable.
