Job Description
We have an immediate opening for a service adviser in East Bay. We are looking for candidates with a previous background in service advising in the past, whether in the automotive industry or heavy equipment industry.
Essential Duties:
Must have a strong customer service background that can articulate important repair and time frame information.
Must have a strong mechanical aptitude to be able to understand and troubleshoot issues over the phone.
Can articulate what repair work will be performed to customers equipment and approximate time frames for repairs.
Strong computer skills to schedule maintenance with customers.
Ability to complete service paperwork effectively and accurately.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday (Morning shift) full time hours.
Salary:
$20.00 - $25.00/hr
