We are a leading company in the manufacturing environment. We are currently hiring for the position of Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our fast-paced team.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process all incoming shipments
- Unpack and verify shipment contents against packing lists
- Tag and route incoming goods to the appropriate departments
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move heavy merchandise
- Prepare outgoing shipments by properly packaging products
- Load trucks according to height and weight limits and distribution of weight
- Maintain records of shipments, tags, and receipts to track inventory
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a shipping/receiving role preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and shipping/tracking software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
