Sr. HR Generalist with ADP Payroll Experience

This will primarily be an HR Generalist role but this role also involves processing Payroll in ADP Workforce Now

Responsibilities Include:

Human Resources

• Will assist in new hire process, benefit administration, monthly benefit bills, preparing monthly reports to accounting etc.

Payroll- Processing Payroll in ADP Workforce Now

• Administering all payroll functions (including payroll processing using ADP WFN), ACA, and maintaining employee records
• Reports to management HR metrics such us training, performance, overtime, survey results, absence rate, turnover, workers comp injury, etc.

Essential Job Requirements:

• 5 or more years in a HR Generalist Role
• Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now software
• Strong computers skills including MS Office
• Team player and solid communicator; strong interpersonal skills including conscientiousness, diplomacy, flexibility, dependability and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Must possess strong organizational skills
